Brisban Roumpz
Brisban comes from a very diverse and educated background. Graduating from Grand Valley State University with both a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and a master's degree in Education.
From there her love of all things health & wellness expanded into also receiving her:
- NASM Certified Personal Training Certification
- Certification in Assisted 1:1 Stretching
- License in Massage Therapy & Medical Massage Therapy
Brisban's passion for learning, growing, and working inspires her to continually seek out new certifications and licenses to best help her support her clientele.

The name Day One Wellness embodies the fact that many of us use the phrase, "one day I will start..." when we think about our goals.

Medical Massage
A massage therapy treatment that is used to treat specific conditions found within the body. It also focuses on treating muscles at each origin & insertion site. The use of joint physics helps the body come back to a state of healing & repair.
Assisted 1:1 Stretching
This is a wonderful experience if you're looking to increase mobility, strengthen joints, decrease aches & pains, and identify the muscular imbalances your body may be harboring. This is a great place to start if you're taking a step forward with the goal of moving & feeling better in your body.
